Together we go mindfully and slowly into nature to bath in all of our senses. We connect with ourselves and the world around us. Each experiences is about 90 minutes and is designed for all fitness levels.
NEW: Mindful Bird Watching is suited to beginners and experts alike. We explore an area and open our senses to the sights and sounds of birds. No bird knowledge required. We set aside technology like apps and cameras to be immersed in the moment.
